The Total Trek Quest Program is here
and ready for a great fall!
We have worked hard to adapt the TTQ program so we can SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY bring our training plan, curriculum and activities to our participants and their families.
These changes include:
**Virtual activities that encourage interaction
**Incorporating cross training exercises once a week
**Inviting family participation at all practices, virtual and in person
**Offering parent support meetups
**Holding weekly regional meetups(hybrid version)
**Enacting COVID 19 safety protocols
**Utilizing TTQ staff and volunteer coaches
The fall season will start the week of 9/28
and conclude with a family-focused virtual 5K
Thanksgiving week (11/23-11/29)
