Clinton

Mission

To reduce the harm caused by alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and other drugs in Clinton County by fostering community action, education, support and collaboration.

Goals of the Coalition

Our coalition is a group of community members and agency partners concerned with the health and well-being of our neighborhoods and families. Our group has a special focus on the prevention of drug, chemical, tobacco or alcohol use by youth, and in supporting “Protective Factors” that help young people resist risky behaviors in our schools or communities.

Join Us

3rd Wednesday of each month

8:30 A.M. – 10:15 A.M.

Mid-Michigan District Health Department

These meetings are open to everyone and we greatly encourage the community to attend and support our coalition efforts. We follow the same general agenda every month, which includes time for large and small group discussions and special sub-committee work for current projects focused on the prevention of drug, chemical, tobacco or alcohol use by youth. Coalition members are encouraged to bring friends and family to these meetings. Our goal is to provide a fun, informative environment!
